Emily supports regeneration and placemaking projects across the South of England. With experience spanning both local government and the private sector, she works with customers, partners, stakeholders and communities to shape projects from early concept through to delivery. Her background includes community-focused regeneration and strategic brownfield and waterfront developments, bringing together diverse interests to create shared visions and successful outcomes.
Emily’s experience includes Rochester Riverside, Solent Enterprise Zone, Fawley Waterside, Solent Freeport and Holes Bay. She currently works with Dorset Council and local stakeholders to help shape an ambitious vision for Weymouth town centre. Emily supports customers in developing ideas, securing commitment and attracting investment, helping projects progress in a way that delivers long-term value and opportunity for local communities.
