Kassim is a Development Manager at Willmott Dixon Developments. A Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor (MRICS), he brings experience across regeneration, residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, with expertise in development appraisal, viability, planning, consultant coordination and project delivery.
His experience includes supporting city centre regeneration and development projects through feasibility, planning and delivery, as well as undertaking financial analysis, acquisition reviews and asset management activities. Kassim also brings specialist knowledge of sustainability and building performance through his experience undertaking non-domestic energy assessments and supporting compliance across commercial property portfolios.
