Marika is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor (MRICS) with over 20 years’ experience working across regeneration, funding and development strategy. She has worked with public sector organisations, including Homes England and the West Midlands Combined Authority, and supported local authorities to shape regeneration projects and secure funding. At Willmott Dixon Developments, she works with customers to structure projects, develop strategies, and align investment to support delivery. Her experience includes projects such as Ambition Arnold and Gedling Town Centre, bringing forward proposals that deliver new public assets and long-term value for local people.
