Matthew is National Head of Development (Investment and PBSA) at Willmott Dixon Developments and leads development and regeneration activity across the South of England. With more than 35 years’ experience across commercial, construction and development roles, he supports customers in shaping and delivering projects from concept through to completion.
His expertise spans investment, site acquisition, planning, viability and delivery, helping to unlock complex projects and create long-term value. Matthew is currently working on a range of regeneration opportunities, including North Quay in Great Yarmouth and projects in Dover, Weymouth and Ollerton, helping customers bring forward ambitious developments that support economic growth, community regeneration and lasting benefits for local people.
