Tom is a Chartered Landscape Architect with over 20 years’ experience across residential and commercial development, regeneration, planning, placemaking and public–private partnership delivery. His background spans local authority, consultancy and developer‑side roles, giving him a broad understanding of how complex projects are shaped and progressed. Working across the South West and Wales, he supports projects through the full development lifecycle, from early strategy and design through planning and delivery, with a focus on landscape‑led placemaking and design quality that supports long‑term value.
