The Neighbourhood Health Forum – a collective voice of private sector organisations in health infrastructure delivery – has welcomed Willmott Dixon Developments as its latest member.

The Neighbourhood Health Forum was formed in November 2025 to offer a collective private sector voice to support Government and the NHS in the delivery of a neighbourhood health service and the creation of new public-private-partnership (PPP) models in health. The Forum brings together eleven private sector organisations (full list further below) with an unrivalled track record in neighbourhood health delivery, representing over £10bn of health infrastructure across 1,400 health buildings and community facilities.

The Forum’s latest member, Willmott Dixon Developments, is the development, investment and regeneration business of Willmott Dixon, working with partners to shape viable, fundable and deliverable projects from the earliest stages.

Combining development expertise, investment capability and practical delivery insight, Willmott Dixon Developments helps turn early ambition into viable projects that are deliverable in practice. Backed by Willmott Dixon Construction’s delivery experience – including more than 100 healthcare projects across England and Wales in the past decade – this approach tests proposals against real-world conditions, reducing risk and helping projects progress with greater certainty.

Chair of the Neighbourhood Health Forum Sarah Beaumont-Smith said: “With Willmott Dixon Developments as our latest new member, the Neighbourhood Health Forum continues to go from strength to strength. It is clear the private sector will have a vital role to play in the neighbourhood health plans, so our members want to be an active partner to Government and the NHS, offering unrivalled experience and expertise of neighbourhood health delivery.”

David Atkinson, Director of Development and Investment at Willmott Dixon Developments said: “Neighbourhood health represents an exciting opportunity to rethink how health and care services are shaped around communities. We’re pleased to join the Forum, bringing our expertise in early-stage development, investment and delivery to help shape the next generation of public-private partnership (PPP) models in health. At a time when the NHS is looking to move more care closer to home, we’re looking forward to being part of the conversation about how we turn ambition into viable places that work for patients, staff and communities.”

The Neighbourhood Health Forum’s members include Bouygues UK, Equitix, Eric Wright Partnerships, Fulcrum Infrastructure Group, gbpartnerships, Infracare, Kajima Partnerships, Invesis, Robertson Group, Sewell Group and Willmott Dixon Developments.
