David is Director of Development and Investment at Willmott Dixon Developments, where he leads the national development business and the team responsible for identifying, shaping and progressing major opportunities across the UK. He sets strategic direction, builds high performing teams and works with partners to unlock investment, structure deals and deliver complex projects and places. His experience spans regeneration, mixed use and partnership led development, with a track record of turning ambition into commercially robust, deliverable outcomes.
Chris Wheeler
National Head of Development (Regeneration)
Chris operationally heads our Willmott Dixon Developments team nationally whilst also leading the business focus for South Wales and South West of England. Having moved from roles within operations and construction to development, Chris can call on a wide range of skills and experience across the entire development process from nearly 20 years in the industry, including placemaking, stakeholder management, community engagement and negotiation. He specialises in town centre regeneration for local authorities with a residential focus, harnessing a multitude of tenures to enable cross subsidy.
