David Atkinson
Director – Development & Investment
David is Director of Development and Investment at Willmott Dixon Developments, where he leads the national development business and the team responsible for identifying, shaping and progressing major opportunities across the UK. He sets strategic direction, builds high performing teams and works with partners to unlock investment, structure deals and deliver complex projects and places. His experience spans regeneration, mixed use and partnership led development, with a track record of turning ambition into commercially robust, deliverable outcomes.
Matthew Knight
National Head of Development – Investment
Matthew leads Development Solutions’ business across the South of England. He brings over 35 years’ experience across commercial, construction and development roles, shaping projects from site acquisition and planning through to delivery. His background brings a strong understanding of cost, risk and delivery. He is currently leading work with Great Yarmouth Borough Council on the North Quay regeneration, one of the most significant development opportunities in the region. His previous experience includes Dover, Weymouth and Ollerton Town Centre Regeneration.
